*If material is returned without pre-authorization, a copy of this request will be provided to the customer. This request form is only provided as proof of material being received by Bell for review. This request form does not imply or express that material is approved for return or that credit will be issued to the customer account. All material is subject to review and approval per Bell?s standard return policy. Special order, non-stock, defective, and/or warranty repair items are subject to vendor terms and may not be approved. All non-approved items will be held for 30 days per Bell?s return policy. Customers will be notified and may pick up items, if desired, after which time they will be disposed of by Bell.

All returned items must include a Return Materials Authorization form.

All RMAs are subject to review and final approval per below guidelines.

Bell Standard Stock

Material must have been purchased within the last 60 days.
A minimum restocking fee of 10% applies, unless otherwise authorized.
Items must be returned in sellable condition and in original packaging.
EXCEPTION: Wire & Cable are not returnable without management approval.

Non-Stock and Special Order

Bell will need to receive a vendor return authorization prior to approval.
Vendor restocking fees, return freight charges, and other vendor terms will be applied.
A minimum restock fee of 20% will apply to non-stock or special order return items.

Custom or Made-to-Order

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and considered final sale.

Defective / Warranty Claim

Defective items will be accepted for return and processed per vendor terms.
Replacement items will be invoiced. Bell will not supply replacements at no charge.
Credit will be issued once item is verified as defective according to vendor terms.

Freight Damage / Shipping Errors

Freight damage will be processed according to appropriate carrier freight claim policies.
Bell reserves the right to review all damaged product and is subject to final approval.
Manufacturer shipping errors will be accepted for return and processed appropriately.

To expedite your request please provide an order number, invoice number, and/or pick ticket number.
Material sold on Bell "CASH" accounts is considered final sale - no returns.
Bell Electrical Supply does not issue cash refunds at any time - no exceptions.
Bell Electrical Supply reserves the right to refuse acceptance of material for return.
Material not conforming to the above policies will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Management approval is required for any exceptions to this return policy.
